}}This course should enable students who are not lawyers to familiarise themselves with the essential concepts of law. The course covers the different approaches to law, general legal theory, Switzerland's internal and external legal frameworks, international organisations and fundamental rights. The course is given in the form of lectures and work sessions, the aim of which is to introduce students to the study of the sources of law, in particular by analysing and commenting on a series of fundamental texts.
