De Baripedia

This teaching should enable students who are not lawyers to familiarize themselves with the essential concepts of law. The course covers the different approaches to law, general legal theory, Switzerland's internal and external legal frameworks, international organisations and fundamental rights. This teaching is provided in the form of courses, but also of working sessions, the objective of which is to introduce the student to the study of the sources of law, in particular through the analysis and commentary of a series of fundamental texts[7].
